Morning Announcement (3/8/2017)

Mrs. Meredith School pickup Students- just a friendly reminder: When you get into your parents' car at dismissal, do not put your bags in t he trunk or the back of the vehicle. This causes delays and is a safety hazard. You should load quickly, on the curb side of the vehicle. If you are leaving with more than one other person (3 or more), you should be picked up in the Carpool lane.

Mrs. Kinne NHS Meeting There will be an important NHS meeting t his Thursday, March 9th, at 4:00 in Room 14. Please see Mrs. Kinne with any questions.

Coach RUBIO LAST WEEK OF BASIS CUP SPORTS THIS WEEK IS THE LAST WEEK OF BASIS CUP VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL GAMES AGAINST BASIS NORTH CENTRAL. ON FRIDAY, GAMES BEGIN AT 5:30PM FOR VOLLEYBALL, 6:30 PM FOR BOYS BASKETBALL AND 7:30 PM FOR GIRLS BASKETBALL. GO BADGERS!

Prom! To all 9th, l0th and 11th grade student, prom is on April 22, 2017. The theme of the prom is Under the Sea. Tickets are available for purchase for $25 on SMART for charters. If you'd like to bring a guest from a different school, pick up a permission slip from Mrs. Palmer. Permission slips are due April 13th. No exceptions.

Mrs. Meredith Casino Night We will hold a silent auction at the upcoming ATF Casino Night on April 1st! It is for parents only. We will be auctioning the following: Reserved locker at the high school Reserved student parking spot at the high school A Harry Potter Costume Party with Mr. Strauss, Mr. Parma, Mr. Mars, Ms. Parker and Ms. Diaz (plus 5 of your closest BASIS friends)! A BASIS murder mystery party after hours- with up to 10 of your closest BASIS friends! Pizza and a movie here on campus- after hours- with your favorite teachers! An Ice Cream social for your entire element! If you want to win any of these awesome Auctions, tell your parents to come to Casino Night and bid! Tickets are on sale on the school's website or they can contact the element room parent.

Mrs. Palmer Workshop - Rescheduled Students who signed up for today's note-taking workshop. It has been rescheduled. It will not be held on Friday during 6th grade AE in classroom 9.

Mr. Lemons Softball Games Cancelled Both today and Fridays softball games have been forfeited by the opposing teams. The next softball game will be after spring break.
