How to get your exercise with all your homework

A lot of people during the school year will focus entirely on their homework and not on getting enough exercise. Even if you have a lot of homework you still need to get enough exercise. This will you maintain a healthy lifestyle with exercise and staying healthy.
It’s hard to get exercise in if you have test the next day. What you can do is record yourself saying all the stuff that is going to be on your test. Then you can plug in your earphones and go for a walk/jog. You will keep walking till you know everything then you can stop and do the rest of your homework.
Try to time yourself. Every hour of homework you can do 30 minuets of exercise. You can choose the times that you want just make sure to be productive in both homework and exercise. This will make you want to exercise and finish your homework faster.
People think that walking in the hallway with your heavy backpack is enough exercise but its not. Passing period is a total of 45 minuets and you are normally walking but sometimes you will stop at your locker and get to class early so when you think about it its not that much exercise. Your body will get used to it and start to think of it as a normal thing.
If you use some of this information then you will surely get your exercise in with all of your homework. Don’t get unhealthy just because of homework.
